Summary
Background
Hypsizygus marmoreus is an important edible mushroom variety in East Asia that requires specific environmental conditions for optimal growth. The cultivation environment is complex, with humidity, CO2 concentration and light requirements varying across different growth stages. Previous studies found that controlling environmental factors like temperature, humidity, light intensity and CO2 concentration could significantly improve biological conversion rates.
Objective
To investigate the effects of environmental factors such as humidity, CO2 and light intensity on degrading enzymes during budding and ripening stages of H. marmoreus, to understand the influence mechanism of environmental factors on mushroom growth and provide guidance for large-scale efficient cultivation.
